Homeless Count: Governor Mead Reads the 2015 Point in Time Proclamation

On January 27th 2015, Governor Matt Mead held a press conference and proclamation signing ceremony in the Wyoming Capitol rotunda to a packed house of homeless advocates, stakeholders and the press core. Governor Mead proclaimed January 28th as Wyoming's Point in Time Count Day.

Governor Mead commented that, when you ask yourself who the homeless are; they are a single mother, a disabled veteran or a family fallen on hard times, they are one of us, they are our neighbors.
