STATEMENT BY HUD SECRETARY ANDREW CUOMO
ON PRESIDENT CLINTON'S STATE OF THE UNION ADDRESS
The President focused on the central crisis facing our nation - opening the door of the American Dream to all Americans, no matter where they live and no matter who they are. By providing more people in every community with opportunities for jobs and education, the President will give millions of Americans a new chance to work their way to prosperity and will spark an urban renaissance that will revitalize cities across the country.
