Project description:

An allocation of funding has been approved to rehabilitate housing for the elderly in the Boone area. The Sponsor has been serving seniors of Woodbury, Ida, Monona, Plymouth, and Cherokee Counties for 25 years and has recently expanded to serve Boone County. The Sponsor has secured a donation of the portion of the building (hospital) to be rehabilitated and land from the Boone County Hospital.

Project description:

An allocation of funding has been approved to construct housing for the elderly in the Davenport area. This project is a continuation of the efforts by the Sponsor to provide affordable housing in the area. This is the sixth housing project in the metropolitan Davenport area in which the Sponsor has been associated. This Sponsor has more than twenty-four years of experience in the housing field and in excess of sixteen years involving the direct development and management of low income elderly housing.
