Project description:
Capital Advance Funds will be used for the new construction of a 17-unit project for elderly persons. The complex will consist of 16 one-bedroom rental units and one one-bedroom resident manager's unit. The complex will also have a multi-purpose room with warming kitchen, arts and crafts and a personal care room. These funds will provide quality housing for the elderly in this community.

Project description:
The Capital Advance Funds will provide for construction of a 37-unit project for elderly persons. The complex will consist of 36 one-bedroom rental units and one two-bedroom resident manager's unit. This project will also have a community room/lounge and laundry. The City of Monroe has donated the land and has committed $75,000 for landscaping and a decorative fence for this project in support of housing for the elderly and the City's housing plan.

The Capital Advance Funds will be used for the new construction of a 71-unit housing complex for the elderly. The complex will consist of 71 units including 70 one-bedroom units and one two-bedroom resident manager's unit. A multi-purpose community room will be provided for use of the residents. This project will assist the local community in revitalizing the community's housing stock over-all, but specifically for providing quality housing for elderly persons.

Project description:
Capital Advance Funds will be used for the new construction of an 18-unit independent living project for persons with chronic mental illness. The complex will consist of 18 one-bedroom units, including one for the resident manager. The Capital Advance Funds will provide quality permanent housing and a joint effort on behalf of the Sponsor and Medical Management Options, Inc. will provide for several on-going services to assist the residents.
