Funds will also be provided annually for 5 years to subsidize the operating expenses of the project. This project which is being co-sponsored by Pindar Affordable Housing Development Corporation will have a community room, dining room, and several lounges. The City of Atlantic City is committing $5,000 to the project.

United Methodist Homes of NJ, the lead organization of three (3) sponsors, has 92 years of experience in servicing seniors. They currently serve more than 1,000 seniors in ten (10) facilities. St. Mark's is the oldest African American Church in Montclair operating more than a dozen outreach programs. First United Methodist Church also serves Montclair, NJ with a variety of services that serve the general population.
