The proposed housing will be known as St. Henry Apartments and will meet the housing needs of 40 elderly residents who most likely reside on the southeast side of Cleveland and in Warrensville Heights, Ohio. In addition, the proposed new development will provide enhancement to a neighborhood that has had little to no new construction in recent years. The two story, brick, elevator building will include a community space and will provide for barrier-free access in all units.
