Project description:
The funds will be used for the new construction of 62 one-bedroom units and one two-bedroom manager's unit to house the very low income elderly. The development will also have community space. The development will be built along an existing man-made lake and pedestrian walkway and is within walking distance of a grocery store and other businesses.

Project description:
The funds will be used for the new construction of 21 one-bedroom units to house the very low income elderly. The development will include community space and a room for the provision of supportive services. The site is ideal due to the proximity of the Hillsboro Senior Center, shops, stores, and transportation access. The recently opened Light Rail and accompanying station is within 1/2 mile of the project site.

The funds will be used for the new construction of 24 one-bedroom units to house the very low-income elderly. The development will have a Service Coordinator and community space; residents will also have access to the wide variety of programs that Rogue Valley Manor sponsors for the benefit of all its residents. There is also immediate access to public transportation on-site.

Project description:
The funds will be used for the new construction of sixteen studios and three one-bedroom units plus community space to house very low-income people with chronic mental illnesses. While located in a residential neighborhood with the feeling of a rural setting, it is on a bus route with all the urban services only a five-minute ride away.

Project description:
The funds will be used for the new construction of sixteen one-bedroom and six two-bedroom units plus community space to house very low income adults with physical disabilities including those with severe mobility impairments and/or traumatic brain injury. The project's site is directly across from a commercial area that includes a supermarket, pharmacy, medical offices and a restaurant. Accessible Space, Inc., was invited by local individuals, non-profit organizations and governmental entities to develop this project to meet the area's needs.
