Brisas de San Lorenzo will be a two-story concrete/masonry building with 18 one-bedroom apartments for persons with physical disabilities. The structure will have a spread footing foundation. The floor system will be reinforced concrete while the roof system will be crowned as an insulated gabled sloped metal roof deck.
