Project description:

The funds will be used for the new construction of 17 one-bedroom apartments for the elderly and 1 one-bedroom resident manager apartment. The proposed housing will be grouped in four buildings clustered to form a courtyard community. The community building will be centrally located and will consist of the manager's office, laundry, mailboxes and community room with kitchenette. Site is convenient to shopping, employment, parks, churches, historic sites, restaurants and grocery stores and public transportation is available.

Project description:

The funds will be used for the new construction of a two-story elevator apartment building consisting of 48 one-bedroom apartments for the elderly and 1 two-bedroom resident manager's unit. The complex will include a community building consisting of community/recreation room, lounge/TV/reading room, a kitchen for social functions, administrative space, a laundry room for the use of residents and space for maintenance equipment. This project is convenient to shopping, employment, parks, churches, historic sites, restaurants and grocery stores, and public transportation is available.

The complex will include a community building, easily accessible to the elderly, for activities and administration. The project is located on a 3 acre site and is convenient to shopping, employment, parks, churches, historic sites, restaurants and grocery stores, and public transportation is available.

Section 811 - Supportive Housing for Persons with Disabilities

Project description:

The funds will be used for the new construction of two one-story apartment buildings with 12 one-bedroom units for persons with developmental disabilities. The complex will include a community meeting room, office, laundry and toilets and outdoor recreation areas including a covered porch. The project is convenient to shopping, employment, parks, churches, historic sites, restaurants and grocery stores and public transportation is available.

Project description:

The funds will be used for the new construction of 18 one-bedroom apartments for persons who are chronically mentally ill. There will be three one-story buildings, one building to be an 800 square foot community facility. The common area will include a community meeting room, office, laundry and toilets. Site is convenient to shopping, employment, parks, churches, historic sites, restaurants and grocery stores and public transportation is available.
