Project description:

An allocation of funding has been approved to provide for the construction of an elevator structure with 29 one-bedroom units for the elderly and a two-bedroom manager's unit. Supportive services and activities such as transportation, grocery shopping for the home bound, immunizations and health screenings, computer training, and income tax preparation will be offered by Brigham City Senior Center.

Section 811 - Supportive Housing for Persons with Disabilities

Non-Profit Sponsor: Housing Opportunities, Inc.
Capital Advance: $585,600
Five-year rental subsidy: $119,000
Number of Units: 10

Project description:

An allocation of funding has been approved to enable the construction of an independent living project which will provide 10 housing units for individuals with disabilities. Housing Opportunities of Magna has partnered with 3 social service agencies to provide supportive services to the residents of this project if desired.
