SUMMARY: This program will support a volunteer Neighborhood Watch program, which will work in conjunction with local law enforcement. It will also establish a Neighborhood Network computer lab, help fund an after-school and summer program, and hire an outreach worker.

SUMMARY: Funds received will be used to install surveillance equipment, additional lighting and playground equipment. Also steps will be taken to redirect traffic flow by installing concrete bumper posts to stop excessive traffic flow into various areas of the property.
