1999 New Approach Drug Elimination Grants

Franklin Manor Apartments has been awarded $82,831,00 under the New Approach Anti-Drug Program and will partner
with Martinsburg's Sheriff's Department to provide a comprehensive, coordinated neighborhood plan to eliminate drugs
and other crime problems in Franklin Manor Apartments area. Physical security will be increased by fencing, lighting,
cameras, and safety pins for windows and through the use of Martinsburg's Sheriff's Department.
