D. Key Business Partners: Local banks kicked in for money to support the planning and implementation process ($10,000), but specific business commitments for benchmark implementation are not identified in the plan. Most leveraging is from nonprofit and non-Federal government.

    Role of Key Business Partners:

    Dooly Medical Center/Crisp Regional Hospital is coordinating three benchmarks and committing small sums to quality of living and domestic violence benchmarks.
