State Awards -- District of Columbia

Fair Housing Council of Greater Washington - selected to receive $300,000 for testing, complaint referral, investigation, enforcement, regional and local fair housing planning, and education and outreach.

National Community Reinvestment Coalition - selected to receive a $225,000 National Best Practices Award to replicate, nationally, education and outreach practices that have been successful in identifying and investigating discriminatory lending practices.

National Fair Housing Alliance - selected to receive $100,000 to develop a new full service agency in Boston to provide education on how to recognize and report housing discrimination.
