PROJECT SUMMARY

Delaware

The National Council on Agriculture Life and Labor Research Fund, Inc. (NCALL), based in Dover, will receive a Rural Housing and Economic Development Grant in the amount of $50,000. This capacity building grant will help develop the capacity of seven nonprofit housing organizations in Delaware through training and technical assistance. These organizations provide assistance for housing aid for low income rural residents in New Castle, Kent, and Sussex Counties. Leveraging resources total $154,900 for this project.. Key participants include: the Greenwood Trust Company, Longwood Foundation, USDA State Housing Authority, and the Community Investment Corporation.
