Lafayette Housing Authority --- $32,787
The Lafayette Housing Authority (LHA) works in concert with Family Services, Inc., to provide Family Self Sufficiency (FSS) opportunities to Section 8 program participants. LHA has a program size of ninety (90) with ninety (90) families enrolled. The funded position of the FSS Coordinator will be hired and supervised, per a Memorandum of Understanding between the two agencies, by Family Services, Inc. and will work with the families in their goal setting and implementation of their FSS contract requirements.
South Bend Housing Authority --- $32,960
The South Bend Housing Authority (SBHA) has a Family Self Sufficiency (FSS) program of fifty (50) with twenty seven (27) families enrolled. The funded FSS Coordinator, besides providing assistance to families in goal setting and adhering to their FSS contract requirements, will work towards increasing the number of participating families.
Hammond Housing Authority --- $35,834
The Hammond Housing Authority (HHA) has a Family Self Sufficiency (FSS) program of ninety nine (99) families with fifty one (51) families currently enrolled. The funded FSS Coordinator, besides providing assistance to families in goal setting and adhering to their FSS contract requirements, will work toward increasing the number of participating families.
Gary Housing Authority --- $31,437
The Gary Housing Authority (GHA) has a Family Self Sufficiency (FSS) program with an approved plan for seventy five (75) families with fifty six (56) families currently enrolled in the program. The funded FSS Coordinator, besides providing assistance to families in goal setting and adhering to their FSS contract requirements, will work toward increasing the number of participating families.
Kokomo Housing Authority --- $31,521
The Kokomo Housing Authority (KHA) has a Family Self Sufficiency (FSS) program with an approved plan for fifty (50) families with thirty two (32) families currently enrolled. The funded FSS Coordinator, besides providing assistance to families in goal setting and adhering to their FSS contract requirements, will work toward increasing the number of participating families.
