Housing Authority of the City of Sacramento --- $193,724

The Housing Authority of the City of Sacramento received a Serve Coordinator Grant in the amount of $193,724. The One-year renewal, of the Sacramento Housing Authority's Service Coordinator grant will be used to continue case management for elderly and disabled residents to ensure that the residents have access to services. The Authority will continue to contract with Volunteers of America to provide services including: outreach to the elderly and disabled public housing residents; psycho-social assessments, develop individualized plans to address unmet needs; and provide social/recreational activities.
