Housing Authority of the City of Kokomo --- $34,586

The Housing Authority of the City of Kokomo was awarded a $34,586 One-year Service Coordinator Renewal Grant. The Housing Authority will provide supportive services and activities to the elderly and disabled residents residing in public housing. Direct linkages will be provided for residents to community service providers for appropriate referrals to supportive services, local supportive services will be coordinated on site at the five targeted developments: Gateway Gardens, Dunbar Court, Terrace Towers, Civic Center Towers and Pine Valley.
