Lawrence Housing Authority --- $32,030

The City of Lawrence Housing Authority will be funded for a One-year Service Coordinator Renewal Grant in the amount of $32,030.00. The Housing Authority will continue to assist elderly and disabled residents with their needs and problems posed by their physical, mental and emotional conditions that put them at-risk and keep them from attaining their highest level of independent living. The Program Coordinator will assess resident needs, then access and coordinate relevant community resources to meet those needs. Residents will be linked with existing services within the community or on-site to ease service delivery and follow-up evaluations.
