Portland Housing Authority --- $81,816

The Portland Housing Authority located in Portland, Maine will be funded for a One-Year Service Coordinator Renewal Grant in the amount of $81,816. Grant funds will be utilized by three Elderly Service Coordinators to serve 208 frail elderly and non-elderly people with disabilities at three housing developments. This grant will help them obtain supportive services that assist independent living and quality of life, independently aging in place. The Southern Maine Aging on Aging will continue to work with the Portland Housing Authority
