The Santa Fe Civic Housing Authority Inc. was awarded $29,160 for a One-year Service Coordinator Renewal Grant. The Service Coordinator Grant pays for the employment of one staff person to assure that frail elderly/disabled residents are linked to community supportive services. This program augments the HA's efforts to assist residents in obtaining supportive services that are needed to enable independent living and aging in place.
