Huntington West Virginia Housing Authority --- $33,548

The Huntington West Virginia Housing Authority received a $33,548 Service Coordinator Grant. This grant provides for the employment of a Public Housing Service Coordinator (case manager type) who links elderly or non-elderly individuals with disabilities and who reside in low-income housing developments to community-based supportive services they need to continue to live independently in their homes. Four developments are targeted in Huntington, WV that include Fairfield Tower, Riverview East, Madison Manor, and Trowbridge Manor. The funds provide for personnel cost for one year.
