Regional Boys & Girls Club
BORROWER: ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY

COMMITMENT AMOUNT: $2,800,000
Anne Arundel County will use Section 108 guaranteed loan funds to rehabilitate a portion of the historic Wiley H. Bates High School into a regional Boys and Girls Club facility. The project is being undertaken on behalf of the County by a non-profit organization, Arundel Community Development Services, Inc. (ACDS), contracted by the County to manage the project. The activity will benefit low- and moderate-income persons.

Warner and Acme Streets Project
BORROWER: BALTIMORE
STATE: MD
COMMITMENT AMOUNT: $13,275,000
Baltimore will use Section 108 guaranteed loan funds in conjunction with a $975,000 Brownfields Economic Development Initiative (BEDI) grant, for acquisition, relocation, demolition, site preparation and issuance costs for the development of the Warner Street Business Center, located in the Carroll-Camden Industrial Park. The project consists of approximately 750,000 sq. ft of office space, mixed use, light industrial and manufacturing space and will result in the creation of approximately 1,650 permanent, full time jobs that will be held by, or made available to low- and moderate-income persons.
