It is the responsibility of the lender to ensure prompt internal distribution of HUD Handbooks, Mortgagee letters, and other notices to all applicable personnel including underwriting staff, closing/insuring staff, servicing staff, quality-control staff, approved branches, and lender selected appraisers.
