Rental Assistance for Non-Elderly Persons with Disabilities - Categorical Grants

Overview

The Rental Assistance for Non-Elderly Persons with Disabilities program provides incremental Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers (HCV) for non-elderly disabled families served by PHAs with demonstrated experience and resources for supportive services. The HCVs provided under this program will enable non-elderly disabled families to access affordable housing, and enable non-elderly persons with disabilities to transition from nursing homes and other health-care institutions into the community.
