The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) today issued the following statement applauding the Trump Administration's withdrawal from the Paris Climate Accord:

"The President's decision eliminates the economic burdens that the Paris Climate Accord would have imposed upon Americans, including the most vulnerable Americans. The American taxpayer must not be punished by a poorly constructed agreement that kills jobs and reduces incomes."
