Problems with the Help File - Saveable/Fillable PDF SuperNOFA forms

If you are experiencing difficulty saving the forms in pdf, here are some options for you:

1. Complete the pdf form and print it. When you are ready to submit your application fax the form using the HUD Facsimile Transmittal form (which was part of the application package you downloaded from the grants.gov website).
   
   
2. If the form is available on HUDClips as a Word or Excel you may use either and save to your hard drive. When you are ready to submit the application attach these form(s) using the Attachment form you downloaded with your application.
   
   
3. If you have the capability you can complete the form print it then scan it, and attach it to your application.
