Hazard Mitigation Control Program
67 Edgewater Drive: Housing Retrofitting. Pictures show project before (top left), during (top right), and after (below) construction. This project elevated the entire house several feet above base flood elevation. Through the use of fill, elevated foundations, sheer walls, posts, piles and pier foundations and related insulation, plumbing, wiring, utilities and site work the structure will now be above the reaches of flood waters.

Hazard Mitigation Control Program
59 Terne Road: Housing Retrofitting. Pictures show the interior (above left) and exterior (above right) construction, and completion (below) of the project.This project involved the construction of a new utility room attached to the existing housing structure, where the heating system, electrical panels and appliances were installed. There was no space in the house large enough to accommodate these items.
