The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act Investing in Florida

On Feb. 13, 2009, Congress passed the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (Recovery Act) of 2009 at the urging of President Obama, who signed it into law four days later. In Florida there are many stories of how the Recovery Act investments are changing our communities.
