4: Arrange the Categories in Logical Sequences
- Again, you need to consider what's "logical" to your audience
- The two most common ways to organize your topics are:
- From most frequently requested information to least--that's what we
do at HUD
- Alphabetical
- But there are others…you could organize them by life-cycle, if that's what makes most sense to your audience. Or you could organize them chronologically.
