Recipients of Recovery Act funds through existing HAP contracts are no longer required to submit Recovery Act reports. Please see the following statement from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB):
"Following a review of the Section 8 Housing Assistance Payments Program, Special Allocations under the Recovery Act (CFDA 14.317), OMB determined that the program awards are tantamount to an individual benefit program that is similar to other programs in Division B of the Act that are not subject to the recipient reporting requirements under Section 1512. As such, OMB has removed this program from its Supplement 1: List of Programs Subject to ARRA Section 1512 Reporting (www.whitehouse.gov/omb/assets/memoranda_fy2009/m09-21-supp1.pdf), which is now reflected online."
